According to the coolings measures that was implemented after 12 Jan 2013,
"MAS will cap the Mortgage Servicing Ratio (MSR) for housing loans granted by financial institutions at 30% of a borrower's gross monthly income. "
I was wondering if i borrowed from a bank for the purchase of an Executive Condo , will my MSR be capped at 30% ? Thanks
