House Mad,

What is your exact concern? The area span you have mentioned is too big.

Buying a unit for own stay has to suit your needs more than anything else. You'll have to list down before you start your homesearch, the priorities you are looking at in terms of location, price and others you can think of.

Afternoon,

AS per your statement, the answer is only within yourself. Units near MRT, Mall and ammenities will cost more than units that need to travel, in order to access this same ammenities. However, when it's too near to MRT and malls, there will be noise and crowd. Some buyers prefer serene and quietness. And if you are thinking of investment, what the general fancy are convenience and potential of growth.

All the above issues can only be solved by you, as you will be the one buying and staying in it.

Do feel free to contact me further for detailed discussion.

Hi,

Buying a flat near MRT station, malls and amenities is of course a better choice, but buy within your needs and budget is more important.
