5rm HDBs at Jln Rajah fetch a high valuation, but they are already more than 25 yrs old. Why? and is it worth it to buy? Is it easy to rent it out later?

Do you think it's better to buy Lakeside HDBs?

Morning Damien,

Jln Rajah is located at a prime location, and 25yr old is not too old for HDB flats.
As HDB rental is quite stable and don't really vary in huge amount, in comparision, buying a HDB unit in Lakeside might be of better investment. Lower captial, same rental income, hence better profit and turnover.
