3rm flat in good location fully paid. Shd I go for a new 4rm flat in mature area (need to pay levy) or a new EC in non mature or get a resale PC and rent out HDB? What is the best $ return. Single income in mid 40s.

Morning SY,

To purchase resale EC, you need to work on your budget and understand what you are looking for. As for purchase of new 4 room flat and EC, I'm afraid single are not eligible for such options.
