32yo husband complete spr 3rd year in Nov 2015, 31yo wife completed spr 3rd year, combine salary 9k , both working in city and would like to look for resale HDB near city, no personal loan/cc debt, estimate cash have 30k-40k and CPF OA account have 60k on NOV 2015, what is the resale hdb price range we should looking for? when can we start looking resale hdb?

Evening,

Both of you must have had fulfilled the 3 years SPR status to be eligible to purchase resale HDB unit. Your spouse is currently short of one year. Hence both of you might need to wait it out till then.
