1st time buyer - SC/SPR. Resale EM, new EC, new DBSS? Need a good big space & willing to spend on interior refurbishments hence resale EM option. Must be in awesome location. Not living in Spore currently but eventually would love to move back. Any advice?

Hi NNS,

If you wanna enjoy full condo facilities, new EC will be the Best choice.
There are a few new EC launches right now that you can choose from it.

1) RiverParc Residences - EC @ Punggol
2) Blossom Residences - EC @ Segar
3) Arc at Tampines - EC @ Tampines

You may also consider DBSS too.
There will be 5 new DBSS launching soon.

1) Belvia - DBSS @ Bedok
2) DBSS @ Yuan Ching
3) DBSS @ Clementi
4) DBSS @ Serangoon
5) DBSS @ Pasir Ris
