If you are eligible to take max 75% bank loan, your downpayment will be 25%. 5% cash and 20% cash or cpf.
Other costs will be:
1) buyer's stamp duty estimated around 3 to 4%
2) Additional buyer's stamp duty of 5% as SPR
3) valuation fee
4) legal fee etc
