Good morning A,

360 is 26 years old this year and left with 73 years + lease.

There was a 4rm transacted at $435k this june.

Nowadays buyers and sellers need to agree on a pricing before buyers can apply for valuation report.

If you are able to take up max 90% LTV of your purchase price, 10% downpayment can be fully paid by CPF. Stamp duty as well if you have sufficient CPF. Cash outlay will be valuation fee, application fee, misc legal fees, commission fee etc.

CPF housing grant will depends on your residency status as SC+SC or SC+SPR and unit type (4RM - $50k, 5RM $40k etc).

EHG will depends on your income for past 12 months.

Proximity grant will depends whether you guys stay near either parents.
