1) After one year if I extend tenancy, do I need to pay the agent commission again?
2) Can I change the other agent to do it for me if I m not satify the service with my current agent?
3)My lease tenancy if expired in Oct 02, I m thinking of selling of my flat next year, if 3-6 month lease
do I have to pay the agent commission if I don sign the enancy contract?

Hi Mr Richard, commission is still payable for renewal of tenancy, yes, you may speak to ur agent if you are displease w his service and engaged another agent to assist you.
For short term lease, commission is pro rated upon signing the TA. Read More
