26 Condos That Will TOP in 2023 for Those Who Need to Move Urgently in Singapore

Buying a new condo that will be completed or receive its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) in 2023 is something those with urgent housing needs can consider.

And yes, condos are still very much in demand despite the hot property market that sees prices continue to climb, despite the three rounds of property cooling measures in September 2022, December 2021, and April 2023.

As compared to buying a resale condo, purchasing a just-completed condo unit has certain advantages. For one, a newly TOP-ed condo is brand new and comes with a fresh lease. They are also in move-in condition and come with modern facilities. Not to mention, you can potentially save on resale condo renovation costs.

Without further ado, let’s dive into the list of condos with are set to receive their TOP this year.

Factors like COVID-19 pandemic-induced construction delays can affect completion timings (yes, still). Hence, it is difficult to determine exactly when a condo’s TOP will be issued.

Regardless, we’ve done our best to compile the list of condos that are set to receive their TOP in 2023. Do note that these TOP condo dates are an estimate; they are subject to change, depending on the developer and the development’s construction progress.

This means that residents will be treated to elevated views of the city skyline while enjoying the heritage significance of the Mount Sophia area – an old black-and-white colonial bungalow around the site will be converted into the Club Haus for residents as well.

Those invested in environmental sustainability will be pleased to note that each condo unit has a Smart Home System. Forgot to off your lights or the air-conditioning? No worries. Residents can monitor their homes and remotely control electrical appliances through an app.

Easy transport links mean there’s no need to drive or travel far for your commute. Dhoby Ghaut MRT station, which links to the North South Line, North East Line and Circle Line is just 200m away. Malls within walking distance, such as Plaza Singapura and The Cathay, will cater to your every need. Orchard Central, 313 Somerset and Bugis Junction are also close by.

Those looking for schools can enrol their children at the School of the Arts Singapore (SOTA), Singapore Management University and more.

Urban Treasures replaces the former development on this site, Eunos Mansion, at 205 Jalan Eunos. Developed by the public-listed Fragrance Treasures, the two-block, 12-storey development that incorporates its developer’s name, looks like an enchanted forest that doesn’t look like you’re in Singapore.
