Very accessible in term of transport, food and groceries. Good developer, so facilities are still in good condition. Facilities are simple but complete with all that you need. Layout of the condo is very well design with the right space going to the right arreas. Will will wish to continue to stay here for many more years. You dont find the resident here noisy, so very peaceful and quiet staying here. -

383 units - The usual majority nice community with some toxic. MA just changed so picking up the pieces compared to last MA. GYM is small. Things i like, near to bus stop, near shops. not affected by noise in Edgefield cause by at most half day no more noise.. Punggol sec more further u dont hear a thing. also ur in the middle of upcoming MRT project so not affected with construction noise. 2 bus stop away from WWP. so im happy 3 years being here. Property is well managed -

Neighbours are very near
Beware of neighbours who can make lots of noise because the units are quite close together. That is something you may want to take into consideration. But if you are lucky, having neighbours so close to you may be a good thing in times of need -

Sandwiched by two schools
Waterbay is in between Edgefield Primary School and Punggol Secondary School. Personally dont like living so near schools because can get noisy during school dismissal timing -
