IMPROVED
I think after previous poor rating, the management did improve a lot. The condominium recently completed a major renovation to the surroundings and suddenly the whole compound look so refreshing new. Old tenants type moved out probably due to rising rental, and now can spot more european expatriate moved in. With the great transport links and freehold status, it is definitely a good buy ! -

bad management
keep and begging for exception since we have special case but don't want to consider. people staying cannot ask favour but people never register in the condo can come anytime and stay. how horrible it is can you just imagine. -

HORRIBLE CONDO MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY GUARDS
The condo management and security guards at Sunny Springs are AWFUL and RUDE and UNSYMPATHETIC. They have no concern for the convenience and problems of the residents. All the air conditioners in my house were not working and the refrigerator was also not working due to power trip. Called electrician but the management did not let them in because it was after 5 pm. Begged and pleaded with them to make an exception but they refused. All food in fridge spoilt. Refuse to let taxi in after midnight so had to carry so many very heave baggages and walk to house. almost twisted shoulder as I was alone. you will have a TERRIBLE time with the management. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE -
