  condo facilities at sunny spring

  for those comparing condo facilities, the ones at The Sunny Spring includes a covered carpark, playground and wading pool for your kiddos, swimming pool, BBQ pits, a tennis court, sauna, gym, jogging track and even a putting green. there's also a clubhouse for your events. thoughtful mix of 3 and 4 bedroom for various household sizes.

  agreeable PSF.

  The Sunny Spring offers affordable PSFs, relatively low compared to other recent new launches in the Dakota area. Plus is freehold. maybe because it TOP in 1998. makes it more accessible in terMs of budget for families as there are some schs nearby too. and great amenities like hawker centre and beach. less thn 10min walk to MRT.

  homely Spring!

  always love coming home to The Sunny Spring. so peaceful to stay and there are parks and PCN nearby for me to walkwalk and cycle and jog with my dog along Geylang River.

  Convenient with great layout

  Sunny spring is very accessible to town by train and bus. Only 10-15 mins away from Shenton Way by car. Very near great eating places like Kallang airport and also the shopping malls in Paya Lebar

  REALLY BAD APARTMENT ESPECIALLY THE SECURITY

  IF you plan to live here, good luck! they have rules after midnight- no taxi will be allowed to enter the apt - even you have 6 luggage's with 2 kids, no luck! They also refuse to let kid in bc they dont have an access card! cleary bad managment. This condo also have minimal facility! REALLY BAD EXPERINCE WITH THIS CONDO.

  It’s proximity to the PAYA Regional centre can’t be emphasised more. Now that the PAYA lebar quarters has started operations, thus condo definitely still have more potential for upside

  Cant beat the location

  Best Food in Singapore, its a unusually Super Quiet location, Kallang Sports Centre just arount the corner, Geylang park connector a Gem for Cycling and Jog, few stops away from city very good connect
