  leasehold over freehold?

  It is a good locations with the vibes. of Katong.Unfortunately,by making it leasehold instead of freehold,it seems that we are just 'renting' than buying for 103yrs,not for long term investors and future generations.

  The Shore Residence

  I am disappointed with Far East Org that they are giving a 103yrs leasehold instead of the normal freehold.Apparently,at more than 1k psf,this is definitely not a good deal as eventually,the home owners in the final years of the lease will lose out.I do not recommend
