  Great balance of everything

  One thing common for condos at Amber area is unparalleled vincinity to Joo Chiat as well as East Coast park greenery - the reason why foreigner and locals both like this area. . Two things different for The Shore : 1) the villa-like common area that makes it more relaxing than others, 2) due to its smaller size than the other big condos nearby, staff have more interaction and are friendly. . All in - like it!

  RESORT LIVING

  The Shore Residences is for those who are seeking luxury, prestige and resort living lifestyle. It has more function or event facilities than any other condominiums in the East Coast and most amenities are just a stone away. Tower A1 or Block 81 is east facing directly the swimming pool is the best unblocked stack as it's bright (no afternoon sun), quiet and very windy all year round. It's a cosy place for all ages.

  The Shore Residences is more than a resort living. It has more function or event facilities than any other condominiums in the East Coast and most amenities are just a stone away. Tower A1 or Block 81 is east facing directly the swimming pool is the best unblocked stack as it's bright (no afternoon sun), quiet and very windy all year round.

  Good Living

  been staying here for 3 years. No problems. Love the seaview & the convivence to loads of eateries & groceries. With the MRT coming up. Its close to perfect..

  Wonderful!

  I have stayed here for the past 2 years and I must say this Condo is very well maintained. They put alot of effort into the landscaping.The Management and Security Personnel are also very friendly and residents are usually very cooperative. The Condo just underwent painting work last year and it looks brand new.

  Awesome Property

  We have been living here for the past 3 years and very happy about the decision. Super location, stylish design, great facilities, neighbours, etc. Layout of units isn’t great though

  Good Location, but Poor Quality

  I am in love with the Amber area as there are many buses for me to travel around this island. I love this project because of the promising kitchen appliances (built-in oven, coffe-machine etc). Sadly, the oven broke down after a few weeks (I was told I am the first occupant of this unit). Shortly later, the dryer broke down too. It took the management quite a while to rectify these faults. I experienced leaking problems too in my kitchen. I love the big balconies but that makes my living room and lounges pretty dusty. And I agree the facilities are overcrowded. The common areas get pretty cramped during the morning and evening peak hours. I was hoping there are lesser units.
