Dream Home
I viewed few units in this Condo and really find it a dream home comes true feeling I got. Every inch of the inside condo unit as well as within compound is utilised nicely. Unlike other condos, the pathway to the unit is straight and spacious. Inside unit, the rooms are well planned. Living hall and each bed room is ensured to get very good natural light and ventilation and also perfect privacy maintained with neighbour units. -

Wonderful Condo
Simply super units....love to see the view from high floor covering hills...... plains........ forests..........hbd buildings.....vow what a view -

Homely Home
With good facilities and amenities in and around Madeira and homely atmosphere together with fantastic view from unit, tempted to consider buying unit here. I am proud to have unit here now. -

I rate this condo unit as one of the best and value for money. Compared to other condo in these areas, the return on the investment is high with this condo. -

Value for Money
For me, matter of factly, upon analysing various pros and cons of buying condo (and first of all, whether to buy a condo or not), and pros and cons of buying Madeira ended up with studying, 'Value for Money' factor...........In terms of 'Value for Money', I honestly feel that Madeira stands edge, needless to say like other reviewers to mentioned about good ambience. It is simply a good property to own and peach and happiness follows default with cool and nice view and facilities around Madeira -

Lovely Home away Home
After reviewing many condos in the western part of Singapore, I came out with 100 marks for this lovely condo. This in terms of the following factors: 1. Nearness to MRT - Bukit Gombak just a min walk away 2. Nearness to Bus transport - Yes, there are many buses linked to Bukit Batok as well to the city, such as 941, 187, 188, 985, 945.... 3. Nearness to wet market - Yes, double ok with many shops just a next door 4. Nearness to clinics for medical etc to children as well for whole family....double yes, there are children specialist, women specialist clinics 5. Ambience - which cannot be measured but can be felt. What a ambience when you are in home, when you are in the compound as well as when you look from your home outside the glass door....we can see a majestic views of guilin hill, stadium, MRT, whole city until Malaysia (yes, believe it r not, we can see Malaysia from high floor units) and a calm forest on other side................Lovely view +++++listless advantages with this condo -

Out of all condos at the west side, Madeira is the Best. -
