new homeowner
Really love the proximity to Orchard and Great World. Prestigious address and vicinity, development is remarkably private and quiet. The cleaning team does a fantastic job in maintaining the premises and never fail to smile or wave at us. The ability to walk out to the balcony from every room is a rare find. It's cathartic to keep my room balcony door open in the night whilst enjoying the night scene and the breeze. We don't even need the AC on cooler days. All our visitors are captivated by the panoramic view as they walk round the balcony enveloping the house. As one would expected, photos are second nature to our visitors :) -

Great potential unfulfilled by poor design
First the good 1) Excellent location, close to both Orchard and Great World City. Very well connected by MRT and Buses 2) Great value for rental (if you can get it) But many shortcomings stemming from poor design decisions 1) Extremely inefficient space usage. Large square footage on paper, but a huge percent of it in corridors and big balcony (which is not very usable as no shelter from rain or sun) 2) Very rudimentary facilities. Gym in an open air shed that is shut when raining 3) Units get VERY HOT. Massive windows with no insulation, and which face East - West. Expect very high electric bills 4) Surrounded by lots of current and future potential construction. Currently (2022) in a lull but lots of empty prime land for building. -

The Lumos - I love the views!
I visited 4-bedroom duplex unit and I am captivated by the excellent views to the City and Orchard Road. The space suits my needs as I like to enjoy outdoor views. Convenient location to Orchard! -
