what i see
Reasons why I bought an unit in this condo are: -spacious outdoors and landscape -walking distance to future MRT in 2015 -fully sold out condo developments sprouting at the surrounding area. -potential growth and development at Beauty World Plaza -near amenities and yet peaceful and quiet -

Mixed feelings
Tenanted for a short period of time in Signature Park. Pros: its spacious outdoors and its quietness. Cons: The original lighting points in the kitchen and masterbedroom toilet are a dismay, not bright enough. The dark coloured marble in the masterbedroom toilet makes the small shower area looked even smaller and the toilet dark. The laminated flooring in the bedrooms is also a disappointment. One of the bedroom is dim as its windows are facing into the AC ledge and are small. -

great to invest
This property is not cheap when you compare to another condominium/apartments around this area. Signature park has great facilities and big condominium environment. The building is really good quality with high quality marble for the floor and bathroom. The first launching price was 700 psf 10 years ago while river valley area around 900 psf at that time. Therefore, the price of this condo is not floating very high today only 771 psf while river valley area around 1200++ today. I think it is because there is no mrt in close distance. It may increase in price while beauty world mrt is ready in 2015. -
