  A true SIGNATURE!

  what's wonderful about Signature Park is its huge resort grounds, so lush with greenery. a true Signature indeed with so much room to walk around, and the unit sizes are generous too. nice family friendly with schools and amenities around. but as the area around is becoming more and more developed, the traffic congestion has increased during peak hours.

  cool breezy

  my unit at Signature Park is bright and breezy, although some residents shared that theirs tends to trap heat and ventillation is less favourable. i'm not sure the reason, but i always open my windows to let the air circulate. my kids love to run around and play in the gated estate safely with their friends at the playground. if they go swim pool of course an adult will supervise lah. i think it's good in general but the estate is before 2000s so some of the stuff abit ageing. i think ok based on the size of each unit that is rare nowadays.

  2 pools here

  Signature PaRk has 2 swimming pools serving quite a few of our apartment blocks. nice to take a dip amid the beautiful landscape with colourful flowers too. other facilities are ok, function room great for our special family events. one thing is there are more than usual speed bumps on the roads here, which makes the drivers slow down and it is safer for us. often walk out of the condo to the Beauty World MRT or to buy stuff and makan.

  Noisy driveway

  Plenty of traffic entering and exiting condominium, with cars driving over loose drain covers, alongside and across the driveway, which makes a lot of noise for those in nearby blocks.

  Noisy!!!!

  Noisy neighbours and depsite several emails and calls to maangement agency, not a single response!!! Units are old and rental is high.

  Large site for strolling. Surrounded by beautiful landscape and quiet environment that does not feel like there are 900+ units. Complete practical condo facilities that make an enjoyable living there. 2 Entry/Exit gates which are unique & functional.

  Super noisy estate

  Noise, noise, noise. Blowers are being used for 2 hours, 5 times a week.

  An estate run by tyrant council members.

  Taiji style management team and vigilante council members. Poor communication between security team and management. Avoid like this estate like plague, especially if you have frequent visitors.
