  Rosewood suite

  Yes, I totally agree with the earlier Post that rosewood suites price is too high in that areas. Launch price for 1 bedroom around slightly more than 400k whh now selling at 600 k ridiculous in this area. That is also the reson why I recently changed my mind and bought at katong at better location with better return . With the new rule changed, I believe now supply is more then demand, U may like to consider elsewhere with better location at a reasonable price :-)

  Sky high Price

  I am amazed by the asking price on Woodland area , especially on most of the penthouse unit.. Look like Roof terrace cost more than the actual living area nowadays...Other district a better buy for sure...
