a quiet rose
Rosewood Suites at Woodlands is 1 of the quietest condos I lived in. Plus pt ,the estate has a nice resort feel with many greenery and swimming pools. neighbours are friendly and everyone seems to know each other... nice kamppong spirit whc is quite rare nowadays. Weekends are also never too crowded cos it's a lower-density development. only thing is the walk to the bus stop or MRT seems further away. -

northerners unite
stay at Rosewood as I am working in the north. condo is clean, well maintain and swimming pool are really nice. has a spa pool aswell. not overly crowded... small minimart inside the estate helps with quick grocery runs. getting to SLE and BKE is very convenient, and Singapore American School is nearby which explains why quite a number of expat families stay here too. can go shopping at Causeway Point or evem jb too -

stargazing from Rosewood
Rosewood Suites aged a bit but landscaping and common areas are generally clean. at night, it's a tranquil sanctuary and I often sit downstairs and admire the stars. however, for gym bunnies, the gym is on the smaller side and doesn't have a huge selection of equipment. okay for basic workout, not for fussies ig. -

with stars & sunsets
residents of Rosewood Suites since 2011. one of the most peaceful condos I've lived in. environment is very quiet, especially at night. can chill under the stars on a clear nite, something quite rare in Singapore. sunsets here are also mezmerising. never expected Woodlands to have such nice sunset views until I moved here ! condo has a nice resort feel with lots of greenery and pools around the estate. main swimming pool is big enough for families and my kids practically spend every weekend there. underground carpark is huge too . -

friendly buds n neighbours!
neighbours @ Rosewood Suites r very friendly. we know quite a few families here and people generally look out for each other. feels more like a community compared to some larger developments that I've stayed in b4. totally peaceful, spacious and great for families. only downside is walking to the bus stop or MRT can feel quite far especially in hot weather. I also wish there was shelter at every block entrance because getting caught in the rain is quite troublesome (got drenched few times). qt alot of families with young kids and retirees here, not too noisy.maybe expressway road sound. -

Rosewood Drive condo resort
Location of Rosewood Suites @ Rosewood Drive is decent. Causeway Point, Woodlands MRT and Woods Square are only a short drive away. one of those condos that doesn't look very impressive from outside but once you enter it's actually quite spacious. units layouts are practical and rooms are bigger than many new-er launches. plenty of natural light and quite windy most days. every block overlooks one of the pools so the environment feels relaxing, like being at a resort. main pool kept clean and the spa pool upstairs is nice after work. gym abit small though, wish there were more equipment. has minimart downstairs too. navigation thoughts: bus stop requires quite a walk and food options nearby are limited unless at Causeway Point. my friends who are visiting for first time often confused -

Nice condo for families
Quiet condo close to international and local schools. Access to SLE / BKE and MRT lines along with close by malls (Causeway Point and Woodgrove Shopping Centres), coffee shops and NLB library at Woodlands Civic Centre. Management is very caring of residents and ensures that all common areas are cared for. The newly renovated gym is great for a condo of this size. People are friendly and the location is ideal. -

Underrated
1) Only 200 units means lap pool and facility density is very low. 2) vehicle entrance not jam during peak hours means easy driving access as location is away from traffic bottle neck 3) near expressway (Ave 2 exit) that easy link to 4 corners of Singapore 4) many public transport options to anywhere 5) 1 ~ 2km radius accessible to causeway point, vista point, Woodgrove mall, Marsling Mall and many schools 6) New Woodlands Hospital nearby at Ave 12 exit 7) Peaceful environment and exclusive 8) Depending on unit type, up to 4 bedrooms available that can accommodate 6 to 8 household members comfortably. 9) back gate leads to a bus stop within a short waking distance 10) price psf is surprisingly low around the vicinity of condos compared to others -
