Parc Vista - a hidden Jewel in the West
I was surprised when I visited some friends living at Parc Vista as the facilities are well maintained given it's age. I would rate it highly in terms of convenience , eg MRT, eateries future Canadian School and the Jurong Lake District. It is well suited for expat families looking for convenience at a fraction of the cost. -

A NICE PROJECT
Although this project is not new, I am impressed that it is very well maintained.. A lot of trees, plants and very green. Very near to MRT and plenty of convenience stores... -

Parc Vista at MRT door step
This condo is situated right at the door step of Lakeside MRT Station which makes it very convenient. Other mode of transport such as public buses and taxis are easily available. There are many eateries within walking distance and plenty of convenience stores to buy whatever daily necessities. Schools range from Nurseries to Universities are reachable by walking or buses. The project has a fabulous layout and most units are very windy. Some units may be affected by noise from the trains passing however the units also provide excellent open views of green nature and lake. Apartments in this project are highly sought for by expatriates, professionals, students of higher class families and many others. A great project to recommend to overseas clients. -
