    Nice westside condo

    Conveniently close to MRT and the massive Chinese gardens. Plenty shopping and amenities available 2 stops away at Jurong. Sizeable units.

    Old but very well maintained

    Under valued hidden gem with great accessibility to amenities like top primary school Rulang Primary, 2 wet markets within walking distance, lotsa good food. Transportation links literally at doorstep all with full sheltered walkways to MRT and bus stops. 3 big tennis courts, 2 big swimming, large greenery and open spaces for children to run freely is just such rarity in the present condo developments. happy that we made the decision to buy the unit over the Ivory Heights which is basically an enclosed old HDB

    Parc Vista is a 638 unit condo within walking distance to Lakeside MRT station. Some of the penthouse units have interesting garden in the sky concept where one passes a sky garden

    Don't get a unit facing MRT line!

    I stayed in Parc Vista apartment which was facing the MRT tracks. The noise is really loud because there are railway points right opposite. This makes so much noise every time a train goes past that I could not hear my TV. Also, I found the units to be quite dark and the quality to be a bit disappointing. Things like the taps were dull and looked very old, one of the lights fell down, the hinges on the windows had to be replaced, had termite infestation, all in one year! The pool and other facilities were quite nice. If you are looking at this condo you must get a unit that is away from the MRT and preferably renovated with high quality fit out.

    These are my opinions of Parc Vista as compared to other condos: 1. Large unit sizes, spacious, rare as compared to other condos. 1. Large compound, great number of facilities which you cannot get in other condos. 2. Nice facade design, rare as newer ones are just like HDB flats, some design cannot even compare to Punggol HDB flat designs. 3. Very near to amenities, with 3 side gates to walk to MRT, market/hawker centres around. 4. Not as near to the MRT track as compared to Caspian, not to mention Parc Vista units have kindof unblocked views because there is no other project going to be constructed beside it. 5. Great greenery in the compound with 2 large pools and 8 BBQ pits, ample for all the residents which cannot find in other condos around. This is definitely an under valued project worth all the while to invest or buy for own stay considering the above points!

    Parc Vista - Undiscovered gem in lakeside

    I have done comparison among all the condos in this area and in my personal opinion, Parc Vista is an undiscovered gem. Reasons: 1. Large communal spaces and greenery which is lacking in the rest of the newer condos. 2. Large unit sizes. 3. Ample facilities, 2 pools, 3 tennis courts, numerous BBQ pits and a large function hall with karaoke room. 4. Ample basement parking with additional ground level parking for visitor. 5. This condo is most accessible to the market and hawker centre compared to Caspian, Lakeholmz. Many other more pros....and of course, not to mention the relative lower prices compared to the nearby ones. Its a matter of time I supposed the prices will level up. Vested.

    Parc Vista

    Hi, I am interested in getting a Condo for investment or self stay.. I have seen a few units in the west and my frank view on parc vista is as follows: - large space fro family especially those have kids or space lover, the surrounding space is big, i like the passage ways that provide shelters all the ways to different towers and there are seats along the way and the design is nice, - the greenery and the landscape is very nice and large with some water features built around - there is a maze for children and the children play ground is big - there is abundant of facilities such as library, theatre roon, knookers room, large club house function room overlooking swimming pool, gym, 2 jacuzzi,suana, children pool , 2 large swimming pools ,3 tennis courts ,many BBQ pits which are good for residents to use it without delay. there is underground car park.. - The guards are on as I was not allowed to use the side gate after crossing the overhead bridge (4 lane road) after a 3 min walk from lakeside MRT station..even though I provided the unit that I am going to view .the gate is for residents as I was told.. - Estate old but well maintained and clean...regular upgrading was done as was shown by agent around the estate. - a side gate to RUlang primary and to market and shops around the area for conveneince sake... A good impression overall and the price has been increasing since last year..will view another unit as before deciding as I noticed not many sellers in this estate...

    Parc Vista review

    Hi, I have been staying in Parc Vista and my cousin is also staying in other Tower, so far I have asked another close friend who interested to buy a condo at west side to move in PArc vista. What our common love is the near mrt just 3 min walk across the the wide 4 lane road, the space is good for a 2 to 3 rooms unit as compared to newer condo. there are many faciltiies and are well maintained, clean, the guards are on the balls, there are many activities being orgainsed by the management too.. my friend and I will go the hawker center and wet market to have our breakfast after sending children to Rulang school nextdoor.. It is good buy for space lover although the price has gone up but we are not selling though some offer is good.

    Overrated

    This project is overrated. Puddles of water in the lift due to inconsiderate residents (and feces in the sink near swimming pool), poorly maintained facilities (check out the lifts), smelly chutes, heavy jam inside and outside condo during peak hrs (the exit towards corporation rd), less than 89yrs left on the lease (TOP 2000). This condo is OLD compared to several others in the area and I think it's one of the most overrated and overvalued in the area. There's another problem as with all other condos around the area which is the noise from the MRT (for MRT facing units). The noise is so loud that it vibrates the walls and beds (hard to sleep in the day). For back-facing units, you get to see the beautiful HDB view.
