Drone flying around you, rusty
Drone will fly around your balcony every 2 days, the "gym" is one bench and few rusty dumbells, they put bushes all around the tennis court to make sure you spend 30min looking for balls. Quite far from mrt, with construction work around. The pool however is very nice -

Awesome development
Away from the hustle and bustle city life. Less than 5 mins walk from the riverside park. Awesome unblock view from the infinity swimming pool. Small development with lots of potential ! Plenty of neighbourhood good and affordable food nearby! -

Poor condo in all dimensions
Poor quality, inexistent facilities aside of swimming pool (gym is outdoors and just rusting, impractical tennis court, child swimming pool always under repair...). Location could sound nice but walk to MRT is not great and area gets easily flooded. Management is the worst, despite having been changed. Drones everywhere. Soon constructions will start all around and add up to the current one (sanitization of Kallang gas reservoir). Inside the units, quality of material is really low, parquet is painted black and becomes ugly without even touching it. Condo to be avoided by tenants, but also for investing. Don't let the swimming pool lure you. -

Destiny to b bad
the stand alone iconic building next to kallang bay will soon share with many other massive condos. Its monopoly gone and no reason to hold for long when one should sell earlier b4 the nearby condo kick off. Regrets! Agreed the estate can be managed better by exp dev but not here. . Daily complaints of noise and safety issues at night till date unresolved. Avoid outing near the beach at night when many drunkards & rowdy group throwing vulgarities at public for no reasons. Hate it! -

very average management, really noisy all around (renovation, will be more renovation, beer place downstairs, drone pilots...) -

Away from hustle and bustle, sanctuary close
It's a gorgeous development. It's very close to nature (just next to Kallang River), where you can take weekends strolling or take part in water activities. Pool view also beats that of MBS. In fact, you can see a grand view of the National Stadium to the left, MBS, Gardens by the Bay and Flyer to the right. Would recommend for young couples and small families who wants to stay near the city but still close to nature. Walkable distance to MRT, but many enjoy just cycling to Bugis or Kallang Wave mall. -

be it rental or buy, this place not for faint hearted. Poorly run by bus turned developer mgt, the condo looks nice outside only but interior defects getting more after 1st yr. Agreed with some forerunners several unresolved safety to pollution issues. Full of negative vibes -

Full of negatives vibes
An otherwise impressive standalone condo next to Kallang river, this place is full of negative vibes. Complaints from inconvenient transport link & pathway, internal defects to aging wall paints etc Lately more complaints on daily noises, pollution and hygiene safety issues from nearby construction. If you are male & alone can consider this place but for family, avoid. We terminated our tenancy in less than 3 months after we fell sick -
