City views & park vibes
Boutique-style condo sits right next to Kallang Riverside Park, great for jogging, cycling, strolls or just walking the dog along the park connector. Plus, Lavender MRT is only a short walk away, making it soooo easy to get around. Surrounded by greenery with city-fringe convenience and views of MBS… we love it! And hey, no drones buzzing around, maybe because we’re above mid-floor. -

Serene Riverside Living with Magnificent View
We have been living in this property for the past 5 years and it has been a pleasant experience. The community here is wonderful, with friendly neighbours and many expatriates who, like us, have made this their long-term home. The surrounding is serene and private. One of the best features is the pool located on the 24th deck, which offers magnificent views of both the river and the sea at any time of the day. The pool deck is never crowded, making it a perfect spot to unwind and relax. Weekends are especially charming, as Japanese children often gather at the nearby open field for cricket classes. They bring a cheerful atmosphere that brightens up the estate. -

Amazing Views
I have lived here for 7 years and the breathtaking view to wake up to is utmost well being. The distance to cbd is near and amenities are nearby. The park is brilliant. -

Disappointing stays
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Kallang Riverside Condo. Poor Transport Network: The lack of proper shelter to the public MRT and bus stops is a significant inconvenience. During rainy days, it’s almost impossible to avoid getting wet, which is extremely frustrating. Constant Noise and Air Pollution: The noise levels are unbearable, especially during weekends. The air pollution from nearby traffic adds to the discomfort, making it difficult to enjoy any peace and quiet. The park at first glance look serene. Don't be deceive by it. nearby attracts unruly crowds almost every weekend. The disturbances are constant and very disruptive, affecting the overall living experience. The MCST, MA, vendors are ineffective & ridiculous often. -

Great view, near city fringe living
Beautiful views of the Singapore Flyer, city view, park just beside the condominium for a leisure walk, walking distance to many eateries and Marina area -

Drone flying around you, rusty
Drone will fly around your balcony every 2 days, the "gym" is one bench and few rusty dumbells, they put bushes all around the tennis court to make sure you spend 30min looking for balls. Quite far from mrt, with construction work around. The pool however is very nice -

Awesome development
Away from the hustle and bustle city life. Less than 5 mins walk from the riverside park. Awesome unblock view from the infinity swimming pool. Small development with lots of potential ! Plenty of neighbourhood good and affordable food nearby! -
