overlook river and city
wah the Kallang Riverside honestly the view still impresses me everyday. My unit overlooks the river and city skyline, and the rooftop pool is easily one of the nicest I've seen in Singapore... like to swimming during sunsets with Marina Bay Sands, National Stadium and the Flyer in the backdrop. my own music video sial. Locationalso fantastic. can walking to Lavender MRT, Sports Hub and even cycle all the way to Gardens by Bay using the park network. weekends here abit noisy unfortuntately as park always attracts lots of people esp sundays hor... . -

roads? no. parks? yes
been staying at Kallang Riverside for just over a year and absolutely enjoy the lifestyle here. It feels quite different from most city condos in Singapore that we've lived in because I mean, surrounded by the river and parks instead of busy roads. How can you ever beat that?? We occasionally kayak nearby as well. The apartment is modern with high ceilings and a practical open kitchen. Facilities are good, especially the pool which has incredible views. The gym could definitely be upgraded though, and some equipment is starting to show its age. Overall great and close to CBD. -

Freehold, Near Town
bought unit here few years back mainly cos of location. freehold and near town. better than I expected actually. Kallang Riverside condo has shops downstairs, MRT within walking dist and getting into town takes only a few mins by car. super convenient for me as my meetings are always in Downtown city area. btw, During National Day period no need to squeeze with others. from the condo can catch fireworks which is quite special. best place for ppl like me who likes convenience of city living without giving up greenery. -

Hostile neighbors
We lived at Kallang Riverside Condo under a co-living arrangement. Deeply frustrating due to severe overcrowding, unresponsive management, and persistent noise from nearby construction and weekend crowds. Shared amenities are constantly mistreated, making it far from the peaceful waterfront home advertised -

Good vibes and excellent potential
Rare to have a condo with full facilities so near the park and sea and bustling business and leisure district. Look forward to completion of Golden Mile remaking and development of Kampong Bugis district which surely be a great boast to property values in this area -

City views & park vibes
Boutique-style condo sits right next to Kallang Riverside Park, great for jogging, cycling, strolls or just walking the dog along the park connector. Plus, Lavender MRT is only a short walk away, making it soooo easy to get around. Surrounded by greenery with city-fringe convenience and views of MBS… we love it! And hey, no drones buzzing around, maybe because we’re above mid-floor. -

Serene Riverside Living with Magnificent View
We have been living in this property for the past 5 years and it has been a pleasant experience. The community here is wonderful, with friendly neighbours and many expatriates who, like us, have made this their long-term home. The surrounding is serene and private. One of the best features is the pool located on the 24th deck, which offers magnificent views of both the river and the sea at any time of the day. The pool deck is never crowded, making it a perfect spot to unwind and relax. Weekends are especially charming, as Japanese children often gather at the nearby open field for cricket classes. They bring a cheerful atmosphere that brightens up the estate. -

Amazing Views
I have lived here for 7 years and the breathtaking view to wake up to is utmost well being. The distance to cbd is near and amenities are nearby. The park is brilliant. -
