  Superb river view for some high floor units. Price of around $2400-$2700psf is quite challenging even for a freehold in this area.

  spooky & best for workers areas

  spooky at night, news reported floating coffins, strange deaths long term invest ok but stay? unless u dont mine foreign workers at your entrance or gf or wife stalked or disturbed.

  Its all relative

  Park is safe - experience 1st before commenting Some quality issue like all condos. But high spec in other parts Walk 5 mins and you get buses and trains. Stop being lazy Lived here 4mths. Best spot!

  new construction too soon

  is a blessing get out in time sold my unit when new construction take place too soon while owners had difficulty renting out to expat

  Nice exterior but surrounding unsafe

  Grand layout but park near beach seem unsafe, teens gang hideout and glue sniffing at night. Future development will make the place more noisy and dusty. Lady beware, eerie walking at night!

  One of a kind property

  KRS has one of the most fantastic views in Singapore. You can see the gardens below, freshwater, water sports and the sea beyond. Stadium and fireworks to the left, and city nightlights to the right.

  Not worth the price

  nice exterior, pool n MBS sea view. View 3 units all have defects poor works, suroundings dimly lit at night. Went to nearby Riverine Kallang MRT also freehold, better price & interior quality
