  No longer a peaceful development

  A group of foreign tenants who moved into Block 1 over the last couple of months started gathering every 2 weeks or so at the pool area on a weekday night, playing loud music and talking ridiculously loudly woth zero consideration for any one, that they can be heard all the way over at Starville Condominium. This destroying what was once a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood/development. Units are huge but upkeep of property is very poor and rundown. Fitness corner has been left in its dire state for years, playground likewise, structurally unsafe and cannot be used. No gym. Pool tiles all chipped and broken although they did some repairs recently. Managing agent is the worst. As good as no agent, as they do not reply at all.   Huge units

  The units in this condo are big and have nice balcony, so thats a plus point if thats what youre looking for. But on the down side, theres no gym, only fitness corners. So if you are a gym bro, youll need to find a gym elsewhere to get your reps in

  Rundown common areas

  Common areas could be better maintained as they look rundown. Maybe because this condo is almost 20 years old. But the mgmt could have done something to maintain the aesthetics and safety of the condo

  7 mins walk to Kembangan MRT Station with a bus stop right at the entrance of the development. Situated in a quiet landed enclave, suitable for own stay and value for money for a Freehold property.
