  For small family

  Very nice condo with good facilities. 4 different pools and hard to come by tennis courts for newer condos nowadays. However, bedrooms are small with bay window. Kitchen is small and no place for separate dryer and have to use 2 in 1 washer/dryer. If you are staying in the inner blocks, the walk to the block can be very inconvenient. Traffic may be bad at times due to the big junction at king Albert

  How is it?

  House a bit too small,but still comfortable.more types of facilities but not as many as a normal condo.
