Not a family place. So many pools but floats are not allowed. Kids can’t run, play ball or scoot. Try to have a kids birthday party, security comes that neighbours complaining about the noise. Good for retired people to leave in peace and quiet.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Very resort feel. Some larger units have long rectangular balconies which are great for entertainment and family gatherings. Bed room sizes are quite good but kitchens aren't very large.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Not for families
4-5 Star, great pools, well connected. Yet not recommended for kids since management change: no running, playing, ball-play allowed. Zero tolerance. Families started to move out recently.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Luxurious quiet homely location
Fantastic facilities, feels like a holiday resort, not 5star but very close. Friendly international mix of residents. Great to see kids running around. Tucked into a quiet corner of Bukit Timah Road. Fantastic Condominium
Paradise living. 5 swimming pools, roof top tennis courts and luxury fittings. Near good schools and a great homely family environment. Near KAP station and cold storage.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Good balance
Our family have been at Floridian since 2012. We find it is a good balance between convenience (covered walkway to the MRT, within 1 KM access to MGS) and great lifestyle (several pools and solid bbq gas grills spread out through the condo, steam rooms, hot jacuzzi, high end gym equip). The large trampoline seems to be a hit with the older children. About the units themselves, some have large balconies and open kitchen concept. Makes for a very pleasant and breezy interior. I like the fact that my 6 yr old can just go downstairs to meet her friends to play in a safe environment (no traffic in common areas) as they explore the trampoline, air conditioned toys room, and the several pools.Was this review helpful? Not maintained
We live in the Floridian, and the unit is quite nice. The pool area is the main attraction. But the management is not maintaining the public areas. The outdoor furniture is very run down. There is no light in many areas at night. The spa features in the small pools are mostly not working. The waterfalls are defect. The gym is run down with squeaky treadmills. And this is not just recent. They simply do not maintain it. So if you move in, make sure not to pay top dollar.Was this review helpful? Report review -
