I also live in city wing, middle floor, facing Haji lane.. the noise from the cafe outside is very loud indeed. The windows can't block the sound, esp after 9pm till 1:30am volume is up (all wk long)

Be aware of the noise level!
I live in a high rise in city wing, facing the stadium and haji lane from my bedroom and living room. However, every day 24*7, there's a strong/disturbing noise coming from the outside and the folding door in the bedroom cannot block the noise. Typically during night, I hear Haji lane music, strong noise from high way nearby and construction noise from the site 200 meters away. I contacted management office to check on the problem however their final statement is any noise level under 57dB is compliant with Singapore government regulation. I strongly recommend potential tenants or buyers to carefully consider this project for your home esp. if you're sensitive to the noise. The problematic folding door and thin glass in bedroom cannot effectively block the noise. I've lived in other high rise properties in city center comparable to Bugis, my personal view is Duo's noise blocking is unfortunately among the weakest. For the same price range of rental or buying, you may want to consider properties in Tangjong Pagar or Orchard.
