great DUO, staying cool
DUO Residences is a leasehold condo mixed dev in the Bugis area, right in the middle of the bustling Singapore city. love the honeycomb design that i think also serves to keep out heat, so I feel much cooler at home even on a scorching afternoon. staying in aircon comfort i can go shopping via the underground MRT and shops. too. -

great views of city
stay in the upper levels of DUO Residences for admiring great view of Singapore central core district. soundproof glass helps to keep out the ongoing construction noises of this constantly developing precinct. i like to walk to albert for my budget lunch, and spend the evening chilling at the Atlas bar in building opposite with my colleagues. it is very convenient and so far i have eaten everything from mala to char kuay teow by choosing to live here. -

helpful concierge
i must commend the helpful concierge at DUO Residences to help me with my issues even if they seem busy. it really helps me out as I felt very lost in the first three months of staying in Singapore for the first time. my unit is great, very luxurious with beautiful views, overlooking Kampong Glam that i often visit. love also that there are 2 mrt lines at the basement, shopping malls within reach, and the new guoco development nearby also offers a myriad of dining choices. -

perfect for a Duo
DUO Residences in Bugis stands out for its honeycomb-like building facade, as well as luxurious amenities, sky gardens, jacuzzi, panoramic views of Singapore's city centre. honestly think it's more suited for a solo professional or a couple, not really a family. not many areas for children to play also. -

how to pick the best units
DUO Residences is a fantastic choice, but as a resident staying there, which unit you choose matters alot. for example, as there is often construction going on in central singapore, pick the areas not facing the construction sites. look out for the busy roads (Nth Bridge Rd/Haji Lane) also (higher floors help). and there are many ERP gantries around so drivers just take note. this will help to enhance your stay here! -

Nice!
Been seeing many condos these days as I want to rent or buy, this sure is a nice place but oh so expensive. Worth the price if you are rich cos this place really makes you feel rich and is in town. If I had the money, I would buy. -

Best of Downtown Living
Under passage to 2 MRT Lines and major malls with supermarket and shops galore. Next to top private hospital. 2 views of units: Bay or City but noise and scenery very different. Good concierge. -
