  beware of management

  Watch out for the management, they do not apply the house rule fairly and transparently. Buyers and tenants should aware.

  Green and Breezy

  This condo is a great place to live, many units have great views of greenery, the breezes mean my electircity bill is half what it used to be, it's quiet and you can always find a place to park. The renovated units are stunning.
