  Problematic intercom system

  We always face issues when we wanna visit our friend living at this condo because of the problematic intercom system. The gate always doesn't open, so our friend has to personally come down to open the gate for us. I guess it's safe on one hand for residents, but it's very troublesome if you often has visitors coming over.

  Nice quiet home to return to!

  I enjoy this home. It is really great to come home to a green and peaceful home, with lush surroundings. No doubt the facade is a little old, but it adds on to the character of this estate. I enjoy playing tennis and making use of the facilities. I drive, so it is really convenient for me, as Rail mall, Bukit panjang plaza, lot 1 shopping centre and west mall are all 10 minutes away. In the future, I'm looking forward to the MRT coming up at the doorstep, and I may not need my car anymore! :) Conveniently located near to the Park Connector network, and I have jogged all the way to Bukit Timah using that. I can't ask for anything more.

  Cashew Park Condo

  This a development that is located in the heart of the newly flourishing Upper Bukit Timah area. If you like your abode to have some peace and quiet, with good transport connections and accessibility to some of Singapore's most beautiful nature parks, then this is the place for you. There is also good potenial for capital appreciation as the Cashew MRT station is due for completion in a couple of years time. This 999-year leasehold walk-up is great for Western or Asian expats or young couples with or without families, looking for their first private home. Interior spaces are luxurious for current standards with the standard condo features like swimming pool, tennis court and clubhouse. Good opportunity for buyers who want to an affordable condo in a locale where prices of new condos are quickly trending upwards past the $1000psf mark.
