Actual Living Experience
West-facing unit with strong afternoon sun, resulting in significant heat and higher air-conditioning usage. The high ceiling looks spacious, but the loft has limited headroom and is not very practical. Some areas are relatively dark, while the bathroom and study have no windows and poor natural ventilation, so odours can linger. Strong paint/chemical smells have occasionally entered from building service areas. Some original fixtures are ageing and may require additional maintenance. Visitor access is particularly inconvenient, with separate access controls at the entrance and lift lobby. Visitors arriving by car may need to park around Level 5, go down to Level 1 to use the intercom, then go back up.

Serene and Peaceful Environment to live in
The location is highly convenient and easily accessible, with the MRT just a 5-minute walk away, connecting Downtown MRT and Hillview MRT. There are plenty of restaurants right downstairs, along with a Cold Storage supermarket for added convenience. The area is ideal for living, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful and quiet environment. Since moving in, I’ve grown to love this place and everything it has to offer.
