  Mass market condo

  Find that there are too many units in the development when compared to the 2 neighboring developments. In addition, landscaping & furnishings are very mass market. Not much view as it is or will be surrounded high-rise developments when Bidadari is fully built-up. Presently, there are no nearby amenities. Have to walk quite a distance to the shop houses at Upper Paya Lebar Road.

  Next To Maris Stella High School.

  Lovely surroundings, very quiet and windy. Outdoor facilities include: (a) water play for children, (b) jacuzzi pool for intimate relaxation, (c) ecology pond, (d) golf putting. Very good for families. I like that it's also next door to Maris Stella, one of the top schools in Singapore. Can walk to the school. Lots of eateries at Joo Seng and Ah Hood roads, including the famous $Million dollar Kay Lee Roast Meat joint. Aljunied road has been re-aligned for the Bidadari URA redevelopment of the area. The new modern 6 lane road is very convenient to drive out to Upper Serangoon Road.

  Rented 2 Bedroom unit

  We moved to this brand new unit on 4th Feb and our experience so far was very disappointing. We selected the unit considering convenience of the location and when we choose the unit defects were not fixed completely. We trusted the landlord and the contractor and signed the contract. After we moving in only we realized that the condition of the unit is very bad. There were many defects on walls. There were very visible stains on two WCs that cannot be removed. Also WCs are very noisy after flushing. There are scratches all over the living room marble floor as if it’s used for 5 years. Contractor has removed Kitchen door and we are still waiting for them to replace it. Brand new Electrolux washing Machine (which they claim to be) wasn't working at all. Condo Defects office said that they can’t do anything and asked us to contact Customer care. Electrolux Singapore customer care number is not reachable and we had to go to their office in Fusionopolis to get help. And they were not able to arrange the appointment with technician till now. They say they have limited resources and we are still waiting to get the issue fixed. It seems that the quality of the products that they have used for the units are very poor. More than that they are not helpful at all to resolve the issues for us.

  Bought for own stay

  like the fact that the psf is very reasonable for a condo right next to the MRT. A more mass market condo with mostly singaporean buyers for own stay. currently very nice and quiet with lots of greenery for walks and runs. With the up and coming new Bidadari estate, will have amenities and the Bidadari park to look forward to. overall, I like this place a lot for own stay. nice and quiet with the benefit of a close MRT.
