MRT and finally ammenities
Bartley Beacon (HDB) across Bartley ridge will finally TOP june 2025. With it a eating house, supermarket and childcare center. Getting food has always been a pain point for Bartley Ridge residents. Lousy development

big project with lousy facilities, lazy clean
no playground for such big project, occupants are not allowed to wash cars in the carpark! BIG cockroaches everywhere! condo cleaner just take photos of them cleaning and not doing the cleaning job properly.Was this review helpful? Report review -

My experience living in Bartley Ridge
Facilities very well maintained, especially tennis court, basketball court, outdoor jacuzzi etc. Very near to MRT station. A lot of nice and cheap food within walking distance (sheltered walkway). The only flaw that I can think of, if applicable, is no signal for mobile devices at B2 car park.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Check throughly before purchase/rent
Live here for sometime but moved out. This place has good facilities, efficient and squarish layout. The units are usually bright and it is near to Maris Stella. But, the furnishing from the developer is bad. Bad wooden floor. Cabinet door can get stuck if you don't know how to open in a certain way. Need 2 strong men to fix as the door is heavy. There is water seepage from the wall during heavy rain in one of our bedroom. Not fixed after visits from staff from management office. Understand it is a common problem here. Bartley road is constantly jammed by cars waiting for Maris Stella children from 7am to 7.30am and 1pm to 2pm. If you are rushing, don't use Bartley road. The dropoff area to condo for cars is very cramp. Had enough. Important to check out before purchase/rent.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Pretty Terrible
