Convenient and peaceful
I enjoy the connectivity and tranquil environment, surrounded by landed property and right next to MRT. This is one of the few estates with extensive greenery within, was told there are >100 plant species. Big common area provides much space for my kids to run about. And with no above ground vehicular traffic within the estate except for the drop off area, I don't have to worry when my kids run around. Facilities are sufficient too. Meets my needs. -
