Parc Central Residences EC opens for e-application

Parc Central Residences, an executive condominium (EC) jointly developed by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Development, will open for e-application from 7 to 19 January.

Its sales gallery will open on 7 January, with viewings strictly by appointment only.

Located at Tampines Avenue 10, the development comprises 700 residential units spread across eleven 16-storey blocks.

Parc Central Residences feature a range of three- to five-bedroom units, with prices starting from $956,000 for the three-bedders, $1,258,000 for the four-bedders and $1,609,000 for the five-bedders.

All units come with a yard and a household shelter that can be converted into a utility room. The developers noted that yards and bathrooms have ample natural ventilation.

The four-bedroom premium types also feature kitchen that open to balconies.

The developers revealed that all units will be furnished with Bosch kitchen appliances, Hansgrohe sanitary fittings and Duravit sanitary wares. The units will also be integrated with smart home technology, which allows homeowners to lock and unlock their doors, switch on their air-cons as well as for remote monitoring of their homes.

Parc Central Residences offers 88 thoughtfully designed amenities, including a 50m quarry pool, tennis court, jogging trail, BBQ pavilions with outdoor dining areas, 50m lake pool, rain gardens and a two-storey clubhouse.

With three MRT stations close by – namely, Tampines MRT station, Tampines West MRT station and the upcoming Tampines North MRT station, the development is also near Tampines Expressway and Pan-Island Expressway.

“One will be spoilt for choice with shopping and dining options as Tampines is home to malls like Tampines Square and Tampines One, as well as community facilities like Tampines Hub and stores like IKEA, Giant Hypermarket and Courts,” said the developers. 

“Parents will find that all educational levels are provided for, from brand-name preschools all the way to Temasek Polytechnic and United World College. Parc Central Residences is also located close to St Hilda’s Primary School and Poi Ching School.”

The development’s sales gallery is situated along Tampines Grande, with viewings strictly by appointment basis from 9am to 9pm.
