Singapore’s third-largest real estate agency, OrangeTee & Tie, is set to hold its inaugural virtual property expo on the weekend of 17 and 18 October.
Featuring an interactive digital environment, the virtual event allows attendees to move around, engage with booths as well as attend over 40 talks at the virtual convention hall.
The booths – which will be hosted by OrangeTee and its partners such as Gigacover, Citibank, PropertyGuru and real estate lawyers from William Poh & Louis Lim – will focus on new launches and resale listings.
The expo’s keynote speech will be delivered by OrangeTee & Tie Managing Director Steven Tan. Other speakers will cover topics ranging from property investment and wealth management to lifestyle.
The event’s invited speakers include Citibank Head of Investment Consultants Lo San John, Edmund Tie & Co. (SEA) CEO Ong Choon Fah, Port & Porters Cruise Manager Shan Lin, PropertyGuru Country Manager Tan Tee Khoon and Fintech Managing Director, Paul Wee.
“The OrangeTee Property Expo 2020 is our flagship event to connect developers, agents and consumers. We want to provide an exciting virtual venue where developers can showcase their projects, where consumers can learn from experts and connect with agents who would be best equipped to serve them,” said Simon Yio, Executive Director, OrangeTee & Tie.
He also explained the impetus to creating a new format for the property expo.
“While large scale events are still not allowed, people do miss the excitement and the bustle of a regular expo event. We have been able to recreate the same exciting atmosphere all through technology,” he said.
“This is one event that all property buyers and sellers must not miss.”
