GuocoLand to preview Meyer Mansion this Saturday

The latest edition of GuocoLand’s collection of luxury residential properties in prime districts, Meyer Mansion follows the success of projects such as Leedon Residence, Goodwood Residence, Martin Modern and Wallich Residence.

Meyer Mansion, GuocoLand’s freehold seafront residential development at Meyer Road, will be opened for preview this Saturday (7 September), with the official launch set on 13 September.

Inspired by seafront mansions, the 25-storey development offers 200 units comprising one- to four-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 484 sq ft to 2,142 sq ft. It features eight different layouts, with each layout having 25 units.

GuocoLand revealed that all units at Meyer Mansion will have a view, with the lower floor units enjoying lush views of Meyer Mansion’s gardens and the higher floor units boasting unblocked views of the sea and the city.

The developer also noted that 80 percent of the 85,200 sq ft land area has been dedicated to create an expansive garden, which comes with a grand arrival court, 40m swimming pool, grand lawn and a poolside clubhouse.

The latest edition of GuocoLand’s collection of luxury residential properties in prime districts, Meyer Mansion follows the success of projects such as Leedon Residence, Goodwood Residence, Martin Modern and Wallich Residence.

“It has been eight years since the last good-sized, high-rise condominium launch along Meyer Road,” said Cheng Hsing Yao, group managing director of GuocoLand Singapore.

“It is extremely rare for a high-rise freehold site along Meyer Road to become available, and it will be increasingly so in the future. An opportunity like Meyer Mansion will be very hard to come by going forward.”

A 450-metre walk via n underpass to East Coast Park, Meyer Mansion is just 10 minutes away to the airport or the city. The Katong Park MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast MRT Line will also be just a six minutes’ walk away once it opens in 2023.

Meyer Mansion is set for completion in 2024.
