A total of 15% of released units in Phase One sold within the first day of sales, with more than 70% of buyers purchasing larger units.
The Gazania and The Lilium, SingHaiyi’s twin residential development, moved 23 units or 15 percent of the 165 units released during the first day of sales over the Labour Day holiday.
This comes after more than 200 prospective home buyers turned up at the showflats for balloting.
Larger-sized units received more interest from homeowners, with over 70 percent of the home buyers snapping three- to four-bedroom units, including a penthouse unit.

The 250-unit The Gazania offered one- to four-bedroom units, with distinctions between the two-bedroom study, three-bedroom compact, three-bedroom premium and four-bedroom maisonette as well as penthouse units.
The Lilium, on the other hand, features 80 units of one- to four-bedroom units, with distinctions between the two-bedroom study and three-bedroom premium as well as penthouse units.
