SingHaiyi Group is set to open the showflats for its twin freehold residential developments – The Gazania and The Lilium – for preview on Thursday (18 April).

Both developments are located near Bartley MRT station and are a few minutes’ drive to major expressways such as the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE).

The developments are also near Nex, Singapore’s biggest suburban shopping mall, and the upcoming 10ha Bidadari Park.

Facilities at The Gazania include a clubhouse that comes with a gym and function room, a 50-metre infinity lap pool and a Gazania-themed kid’s playground. The Lilium, on the other hand, features a clubhouse, Lilium-themed playground, kids’ pool, lap pool and a barbecue pavilion.

“For the preview, units at The Gazania are likely to be priced from $1 million for a 440 sq ft one-bedroom unit. Meanwhile, four-bedroom penthouse units spanning approximately 1,800 sq ft will start at $3.3 million,” said Gregory Sim Chee Wah, deputy chief executive officer at SingHaiyi.

Meanwhile, The Lilium will have two- to four-bedroom units that are expected to cost about 5 per cent to 10 per cent less per square foot.

Given the development’s attractive pricing and luxury features, SingHaiyi group managing director Celine Tang is “confident that the twin freehold developments will attract strong interest from both homeowners and investors alike”.

SingHaiyi revealed that it will likely launch half of the units first.

The showflats will be open for preview from 11am to 8pm on weekdays, and 10am to 8pm on weekends and public holidays.
