In February, PropertyGuru organised its first GuruTalk seminar of 2019 at The Jovell sales gallery, gathering industry experts to share their insights on the macroeconomic situation and its impact on real estate investment in Singapore.
There were also updates on the potential for rental yield growth of residential properties located at Flora Drive in Changi, where The Jovell is located. The attendees, which numbered over 75, also got to hear how Feng Shui can be incorporated into their property buying decision process.
Winston Lee, Regional Head of Special Projects at PropertyGuru, kicked things off with a talk entitled “Investment Strategies in Emerging Markets”, which gave an overview on trends in the Singapore property market and why the city-state remains a safe haven investment destination.
Meanwhile, Master Jet Lee, Founder of Yi Culture, shared his Chinese zodiac forecast for 2019 and how Feng Shui can improve overall well-being by enhancing luck and health as well as reducing conflict in the home.
The final talk by Marcus Chu, Chief Operating Officer of ERA Realty Network, covered the fundamentals of buying real estate in Singapore and the key selling points of The Jovell, which is being developed by Hong Leong Holdings.
At the end of the event, three lucky winners got to walk away with cash vouchers worth $80, $180 and $280.
