The tender for a 17,189.1 sq m residential site at Serangoon North Avenue 1 was awarded to Corson and Wingjoy Investment, after the entities of Keppel Land and Wing Tai submitted the highest bid of $446.28 million, revealed the Urban Redevelopment Authority on Wednesday (2 August).
Launched for sale on 30 May, the site was hotly contested as it attracted a total of 16 bids.
The 99-year leasehold site, which could yield around 550 housing units, is within close proximity to the Bidadari estate, with Serangoon Garden Market, Chomp Food Centre and Nex shopping mall also nearby.
