Two hilltop good class bungalow (GCB) plots at 26A and 26B Peirce Road off Holland Road have been put up for sale by expression of interest (EOI), said marketing agent Cushman & Wakefield.
Zoned residential under the 2014 Master Plan, the adjacent freehold bungalows have a total land area of approximately 32,478 sq ft and an existing gross floor area of about 8,400 sq ft each.

The GCBs are suitable for immediate occupation or redevelopment and are only for sale jointly with an indicative price of around $65 million, noted Cushman & Wakefield. The asking price works out to just over $2,000 psf on the land.
“We have often been approached by clients looking to acquire large prime GCB plots of above 30,000 sq ft, but there are very few available in the market due to scarcity,” said Shaun Poh, executive director, capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield.
“The subject properties, when combined, present an excellent investment opportunity for discerning buyers who aspire to build their dream home.”
Located near a cul-de-sac, the properties are close to the Singapore Botanic Gardens and dining and entertainment options at Dempsey Hill and Holland Village.
The EOI exercise will close on 27 September 2017.
