A 99-year leasehold residential site at Toh Tuck Road in the west of Singapore has been put up for sale by public tender, said the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on Tuesday, 28 February.
Launched for sale under the confirmed list of the first half 2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, the approximately 1.87ha site could yield about 325 housing units.
Located within an established residential estate, the site is close to shopping centres, eateries and established schools, including Ngee Ann Polytechnic. The Beauty World MRT station is also within the vicinity.
The tender for the land parcel will close on 11 April, said the URA.
