David Hand has been appointed as Colliers International’s CEO of Asia Pacific, where he will be responsible for the overall operation and management of Colliers’ Asia Pacific business and will drive Colliers’ strategic objectives throughout the region.
He will also will lead business development activities across the Asia Pacific, with a focus on further integrating Colliers services across geographic markets and industry verticals.
Hand spent 18 years at JLL where he held a variety of leadership roles, most recently as International Director, Capital Markets based in Hong Kong.
His appointment will take effect on 1 June 2015 and he will be based in Hong Kong. He will report directly to Doug Frye, Global President and CEO of Colliers International, and will have an active role in the global senior executive team.
