Savills award

Savills Singapore has been awarded the Best International Property Consultancy – Marketing by the International Property Awards.

Having already won at the country and Asian levels, the firm was nominated to represent Asia Pacific for the title of world’s best.

The judging criteria were based on most impressive and innovative projects, level of quality and customer services, and also the use of new technology.

“This win is an absolute testament of the team’s efforts and enunciates our expertise as market leader in the retail industry not only in Singapore but internationally too,” said Sulian Claire, Senior Director of Savills Retail & Lifestyle.

Savills has been involved in several groundbreaking retail developments here such as Orchardgateway, The Grandstand, Knightsbridge (Orchard Road) and the much anticipated National Gallery Singapore and Capitol Piazza.

The International Property Awards are open to global property professionals and celebrate the achievements of companies operating in all sectors of the real estate industry.
