China-based property developer Country Garden recently opened its new sales gallery in Singapore at 143 Cecil Street.

“Moving to this new location from 163 Tras Street signifies Country Garden’s fast-rising stature as a key property player in Southeast Asia. The magnificent gallery will serve as an important base for international sales of Country Garden’s many projects,” the home builder said.

“The new sales gallery reflects Country Garden’s long-standing commitment to always place the customer first and foremost, and to be a ‘Five-Star’ brand both at home and abroad,” added Regional President for Malaysia Kayson Yuen.

At an event last Friday to mark the milestone, the developer also unveiled the first batch of exclusive sea-facing units at Bay Laurel, which were only made available in Singapore.

Named one of Forbes’ Top 30 Companies in Asia (2011), Country Garden has 22 years of experience in the property industry. Boasting an impressive portfolio of more than 200 luxury township projects, the Hong Kong-listed company has sold homes to over one million buyers across the globe.

In particular, sales at its maiden overseas venture outside of China (Danga Bay in Iskandar Malaysia) reached US$1.57 billion during its official launch. To date, the coastal township has attracted 6,000 buyers from various countries.

Located near Johor Bahru’s City Centre, Danga Bay offers stunning views towards the Straits of Johor and Singapore.
