Gov't releases EC, mixed-used land parcels

HDB is releasing an Executive Condominium (EC) site at Anchorvale Crescent, and a mixed commercial/ residential site at Yishun Avenue 4 for sale.

The sites are in the Confirmed List under the Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme for the second half of 2014.

Together, they can yield about 700 residential units, and the mixed development site at Yishun Avenue 4 is one of the first two selected GLS sites to adopt the Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), an advanced technology in construction.

Measuring 17,450 sq m, the land parcel in Anchorvale Crescent (pictured) is about 250 metres away from Farmway LRT station in Sengkang. Meanwhile the 9,759.8 sq m site in Yishun Avenue 4 is a ten-minute walk from Khatib MRT station.

The closing date for the tender for the site at Anchorvale Crescent is 30 December, while the tender for the site at Yishun Avenue 4 will close on 13 January.
